NSW: Man charged over 1996 bombing of Coffs Harbour building

SYDNEY, Dec 4 AAP - A 48-year-old man was today charged with the 1996 bombing of the
Coffs Harbour Department of Community Services office on the New South Wales mid north
coast.

A police spokesman tonight said Robert William Glover, was arrested at his Coffs Harbour
home shortly after 1pm (AEDT) today.

He has been charged with malicious damage by explosion.

The police spokesman said the building had been set alight by an explosion on August 3, 1996.

The man was refused bail in Coffs Harbour Local Court and will reappear there tomorrow morning.

Nobody was injured in the explosion.
